The food is regularly well prepared and delicious, cashiers hands out fantastic customer service. I love how clean it is and mood. Will come back again.

Most ridiculous service ever! Placed order over the phone for a pick up at 4:30pm, was told to pick it up at 5:45pm, arrived at the restaurant and was told to wait till 6pm, at 6:32pm was told it will be another 20 minutes! If you can’t figure out how to prepare orders for take outs don’t do it!

One of the best Old Fashions you will have, burnt one at that, must try if you like those type of drinks.

Every meal at Mille Fleur's is a wonderful and memorable time. The food and service were fantastic. I love every one that is preparing the food, you all are creating incredible food that we continue to talk about long after the meal.

Disappointed. Slow service. Went to celebrate an anniversary. No one asked us if we were celebrating anything, yet I had my camera out and we exchanged cards and opened a gift if that wasn't obvious. But a lot of regulars were there celebrating birthdays. Guess if you weren't familiar they didn't pay special attention to you. Entrance wasn't obvious. No host at the station. Had to wander around to find out where we could get seated. No one refilled water until we had finished our main course. Excuses for poor service instead of apologizing. Some of the times they did pay attention, towards the end when they realized we weren't too happy, they interrupted our conversation. Trained waiters in Europe know not to interrupt a conversation. Way over priced for the experience.

For the 31st year, Chef consistently provides his clientele with the finest ingredients and in the most pleasant patio dinning anywhere to be found. Duck, White Chocolate Mousse both smothered with Spanish Truffles! Chef Martin & Elizabeth created the perfect 70th birthday dinner!!!

Food was okay but service was good. I was very disappointed that my lobster bisque did not have lobster in it.

A nice atmosphere top sit with friends, good vibes and good food. Service was slow and i was not happy with the service.

Homey setting with lit up courtyard and interior rooms with fireplaces and heavy beams. Superlative service and delicious food. My sea bass was served piping hot and with a fantastic pesto sauce. The prices are high though so brace yourself. A cup of black coffee was $6 post meal.

Fabulous French cuisine. Very pricey, but wonderful service and amazing food. Highly recommended for special occasions in your life, but really too expensive for casual dinner. Still, happy to have gone there

Overall there is no better restaurant in San Diego county for a complete dining experience. The staff is among the best anywhere in the world. Nonetheless, our last experience noted a slight decline in menu interest and kitchen performance. I hope they can kick it back up a notch.

Delightful and charming courtyard seating. Food is excellent. Service top notch. Truffle risotto very tasty and softshell crab dish in corn sauce unusual and delicious. Others had wienerschnitzel and said some of best they had.

The most pretentious restaurant in San Diego County, perhaps in all of Southern California. So I guess they're doing at least one thing well.

My current review after the recent Hoopla and renovation. I am a RSF Covenant resident for 19 years. Here you go: 7:30PM reservation on a Saturday, dining room 1/2 full, but service was slow. Lots of staff running back and forth, but yet service was slow. we did not finish until after 9:30PM and without dessert. 4 people, two bottles of wine, $40 corkage EACH, plus a 4% surcharge on your total tab. Tomahawk steak was good, but $135? They bring it out to let you look at it while it is resting, but 20 min later it has not yet been cut & served. $62 for John Dory and $40 for Pasta. Menu is not that different as promised and hyped. Just not that much to choose from and it is all expensive. I think that they are going in the wrong direction. Maybe the bar menu is better.FYI - Martin and Elizabeth are gone.Here is my 5 star review from 2 years ago: Martin, Elizabeth and Marco!! Five star food and wine. Randy and the Piano Bar are the dessert.

We were there in 2016 for our anniversary.Great food and great service!My kids were keeping me occupied, so one of the waiters did a super nice thing, took a knee next to me, and sliced my meal for me!6 stars for that!!Their baked items & desert sampler was great!

The best food in town! I have never been disappointed with anything at Mille Fleurs, it’s been my favorite place to eat since I was a child. They have some of the best dishes and many delicious desserts, with a great variety. If you want a quiet and lovely date night experience, this is the place to go.

Great food, but better before the change in management and the head chef. Nothing awful, but the price is now hard to justify when compared to what was offered before the change.

A+. A piece of RSF that one needs to experience. This isn't dennys, so please don't let your kids off the hook, no loud parties. Just come and experience this!
